In the past four years I have shot over 300 Real Estate Properties for sale varying from small plots of land, to the homes of several successful Country Music Stars and Sports Moguls. The Waterfalls are Gigantic and Powerful - truly a natural site to see! Springwater is the most pure tasting water I've tasted, MUCH better than in the bottle. I'd do anything to spend a weekend riding horses all over the property and setting up camp wherever I pleased . . . which is what makes me think that this property would be an absolutely PERFECT site for a summer-camp or a private couples retreat operation where cabins are rented and amenities are provided a la carte . . .

Rare Offering – After single ownership for 25 years
When I arrived, I pulled my car through the timeless old gate and followed the gravel drive for what seemed like miles, in total awe of the untouched natural beauty of the land.
